My husband Tony and I have hosted this event, this being our 4th year, and every year it actually blesses us as we are able to help others who have also lost a child.
We never know who will show up, but we know that whomever the Lord sends our way, we will embrace them and share our experience which in turn helps them at the same time.
Losing a child is hard enough, but during the holidays it is much harder to cope….this is our effort to not only keep our children’s memory alive, but also help those of us left behind to cope with this pain.
Here are the details for our event in Reedley on this Sunday December 14th♥
I was at a boutique last night fundraising for Cliff’s Story, and I still have a few boxes left. They make great gifts! ♥ Please consider purchasing a box of cards. They are $31.40 and $13 of that is donated to Cliff’s Story.
If you are local I can deliver~ if not, I can ship to you….I will check on the cost to ship.
Each box has 30 individually wrapped cards for all occasions.
I had the pleasure to attend the “Mental Health” Gathering at Saddleback Church in Orange County in March. Pastor Rick Warren and many others gathered to learn and share about many different areas of mental illness. It was an amazing day filled with speakers, as well as a time to remember our loved ones lost to suicide as well.
Today The Warren Family spoke about the suicide of their son Matthew…..check it out♥
Suicide is linked to mental illness, and it is just that, “an illness”. Many people feel disgraced if this is in their family and we need to stop that type of thinking. If your brain is ill, it is usually short circuiting, and we should not treat them as if they have the “plague”!
I understand that many people shy away from it because they just don’t understand it, or they just are not sure what to do. But we need to talk about it, we need to open up the dialogue with our children and our entire families! Talking to someone about suicide does not cause them to commit suicide. However, on the other hand, if we ignore somebody because we know they are struggling, we won’t have the chance to try and save them.
Help me to raise awareness! We can all do it! Don’t lose a loved one of your own before you are willing to just show some kindness and let them know they matter!
Thank you ♥
Priscilla, Cliff’s Mom

More details to follow, but please share with everyone you know…….there are people you know who are suffering, if we can help just one person, it will make a difference!
Take a look at the video footage from last years walk, and please share this video with everyone you know ♥
We will be walking from Cliff’s grave site down Reed Avenue to 11th Street to G Street then heading North on G Street up to North and then back through town via the “Rails to Trails” path to 11th Street back down to Reed Avenue back to Cliff’s grave site. This is approximately 3.3 miles.
Want to help CliffsStory.com? Well, this is Cliff’s Mom Priscilla, and I have started a “Send Out Cards” business to help get the non-profit status for CliffsStory.com off the ground! Take a few minutes to watch this video! 😉
In my research today, I stumbled across this amazing place. This is an animal rescue Ranch on 6 acres in Santa Clarita, and similar to my BIG DREAM of CLIFFORD’S HOUSE, they help mentally challenged folks, as well as abused children, and kids who have been in gangs, etc. Take a look at this video!
I plan on visiting this facility and as many others as I can find, as I take this journey towards my BIG DREAM of CLIFFORD’S HOUSE.
